My name is Dannae Brown. I have been involved in Interior Design for seven years now! I received an Applied Associates Degree from Interior Design Institute, and from there I have worked in various jobs dealing with fabrics, cabinetry, furniture, window treatments, accessories, wall coverings, and flooring! In 2006 I started D. Brown D~Zines and since then I've worked on numerous projects including a farm house remodel, a complete redesign of a dining, living, kitchen, and family room, accessorizing, and painting. Along those same lines, any improvements to your home makes your investment more valuable. Of course the exterior is important because that's what everybody on the outside sees. The interior, however, is the most important because that's where you spend most of your time. You might not have thought about this but your health and your well being are affected by any space that you spend time in. Anything from colors or patterns to lighting and even where your furniture is placed can alter your mood and make you feel better or worse. This is where interior design comes in to play.
